These terms govern access to Kliq, a link attribution service operated by Kliq. By creating an account, creating a link, subscribing to a paid plan, or calling the API you accept them.
Kliq is available to creators, SaaS teams, their authorized organization members, and the agents or internal tools they explicitly authorize. You must provide accurate account information and be legally able to accept these terms.
You are responsible for everything done under your account and under any organization API key you create. Keys are scoped to a single organization and must be revoked from the dashboard as soon as they are no longer needed or may have been exposed. Do not share credentials outside the authorized organization.
You may not use Kliq to shorten or redirect to:
You may not attempt to bypass authorization to read another organization's links, clicks, or analytics, and you may not use automated traffic to inflate click or conversion counts.
Organizations remain responsible for the destinations they configure, for the social metadata attached to a parent link, and for any custom short domain they connect. We may disable a link, a domain, or an organization that violates these terms or endangers redirect reliability for everyone else.
When your destination application sends identification, conversion, or revenue events, you confirm you have the right to send that data and that it does not include payment card details, government identifiers, or special-category personal data. How we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy.
Kliq is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee. Redirects are the highest-priority path and are prioritized over dashboard and analytics availability. Analytics may be delayed, aggregated, or backfilled, and historical figures imported from earlier tools are best-effort snapshots rather than an exact reconstruction.
The Free plan and current paid-plan prices and monthly tracked-click allowances are shown before purchase. Stripe processes paid subscriptions. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can update payment details, change plan, review invoices, or cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the portal states otherwise. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law, and applicable taxes may be added after Stripe determines the billing location.
Tracked-click allowances reset at the start of each UTC calendar month, including for yearly subscriptions. Published links continue redirecting after an allowance is reached, but new detailed click tracking pauses until the organization upgrades or the next calendar month starts. A plan upgrade grants the upgraded allowance immediately.
Each organization owns its links and analytics data. Deleting an organization deletes its links, clicks, events, and aggregates; short links belonging to it stop resolving immediately, which will break any published URL that pointed at them.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes are announced to organization owners, and the date at the top of this page is updated.
Access may be suspended or removed at any time, in particular when an account, key, or link violates these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kliq is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Kliq, including lost traffic, lost attribution data, or revenue misattributed by the analytics pipeline.
